Australia issues draft guidelines on the application of Hybrid Mismatch rules

The Australian Taxation Office has issued draft guidelines for comments by the public on the application of Action 2 of the OECD BEPS Action Plan - Hybrid Mismatches - which has been identified as one of the key contributors to tax base erosion.
