Following the release of the Inter-American Center of Tax Administration’s (CIAT) flagship book ICT as a Strategic Tool to Leapfrog the Efficiency of Tax Administration, CATA and  CIAT hosted a webinar based on the contents from this publication. The webinar, which was held on the 5th of October 2020, provided an opportunity for tax officials to receive knowledge on the application of information and communication technologies in tax administrations.
